OOTD - Shades of Green

It was almost shorts weather but we are still not quite there yet. Nonetheless, it was still a warm clear day to take our little puppy out yesterday. And one of the best thing about living in Vancouver is there is no shortage of parks to take your dog to. Queen Elizabeth Park is not too far away from us and I figured all the flowers would be in full bloom so might as well go there for a walk and to take my outfit post photos. You know, multi-task. My days are busy and I try to check off all of my to-do's on the weekends.

For those of you that have asked me in the past if I bring a change of shoes or clothes after I shoot the photos on the weekend or if I actually wear what I show while I walk my dog, etc...well, the answer is no, I don't bring a change of clothes or shoes. I wear what I feel comfortable in and I dress according to how much walking or the type of activity I might do that day. And other times, I let my mood dictate what I wear for the day (Monday's are usually bad days if you are wondering).

What is your style advice and how do you choose your daily outfit?
Joie top // Habitat sweater jacket that I bought in Hong Kong 3 years ago // Rich and Skinny Jeans  // Marc by Marc Jacobs hobo bag // DVF wedge sandals // Nails - Thakoon for Nars in Anardana (as posted here) on fingers and Deborah Lippman in On The Beach on toes Accessories -  Bracelets by Marc Jacobs, Blee Inara and Jimmy Choo, Chanel J12 watch (in order from top to bottom as shown on second photo below)
Some photos of QE Park for those not able to visit it in person. Enjoy!

  3. Love the top! The gardens look fabulous. Personally I wear what I feel like that day and what I feel happy and comfortable in, and very rarely plan ahead. And of course the weather often has an influence: lots of rain here in Scotland too!
