Metallic Effect

This Nanette Lepore skirt is effortlessly glamorous in opulent gold brocade against a dark brown foundation. It's perfect everywhere from work to evening events. I tried to stay within the same colour grouping with a light brown embellished cardigan, black tank top and studded black shoes to balance off the top, for a chic feminine look with a twist.

Knit, Skulls and Studs

I have heard so much hype about the Valentino rockstud but I didn't understand why anyone would pay over $1,000 for them...until I owned my own. To start off, they are one of the MOST comfortable pair of heels I have, the design goes with everything and I just love the little studs that make the shoes look so young and fun. I am a proud advocate of the Valentino Rockstud pumps now!

Pantone 2013 - Emerald, Monaco Blue, Dusk Blue, Poppy Red, Tender Shoots

Not sure if you notice but I am not a black and white kinda gal. Even when I wear neutral colour, I will incorprate a coloured bag or pair of shoes to complete my outfit. It's not hard because 90% of my accessories are in colour! With that said, I am obviously very excited for the release of the annual Pantone colours. To celebrate my joy, I have put together some of the most beautiful colourful things that I am lusting over from the Pantone 2013 colour palette. My top picks from the Pantone 2013 colours are Monaco Blue, Dusk Blue, Emerald (Green), Poppy Red and Tender Shoots.
